The Analysis ToolPak is a free resource from Microsoft that provides several functions useful in statistical analysis
of Monte Carlo results. The toolpak comes with Excel; it generally does
not require a separate download. However, it is not installed by default
when you install Microsoft Office.

A list of the available functions, as well as additional information, is

Installing the Analysis ToolPak is quite simple in Excel 2003 and earlier.
First, select "Add-Ins" from the "Tools" menu, as shown below.
This will open a window showing all available Excel add-ins, shown below:
Check the boxes for both "Analysis ToolPak" and "Analysis ToolPak - VBA".
Click "OK", and you're done.
If you de-selected Analysis ToolPak when you originally installed Microsoft
Excel, you may need your MS Office or MS Excel installation disc in order
install the toolpaks.
